The world of amateur radio was thrown open to hundreds of visitors to Rosliston Farm Forestry Centre a the weekend.
The South Derbyshire and Ashby Woulds Amateur Radio Group ran a two-day educational event to mark Science, Engineering and Technology Week, which concludes on Sunday.
The group, which runs occasional radio operating course at the Moira Replan Centre, staged a demonstration of radio techniques and allowed visitors to test equipment.
