Crowds flocked to a two-day radio club event at Rosliston Forestry park over the weekend as temperatures soared.
Vistors to the event, organised by the South Derbyshire and Ashby Woulds Amateur Radio Club, were able to tune in to radio hams around the world as memebers showed off their state-of-the-art equipment.
Would-be marksmen were also on sight with the Teritorial Army, which has brought along its rifle range, as well as refreshments at the National Forest centre.
Casth raised from the event will go towards the East Midlands Ambulance Service's air ambulance, which is funded by donations, as it celebrates its 10th anniversary.
